this game is amazing, got multiple people in our discord to grab it and everyone is having a blast streaming for each other and laughing our asses off at the insanity. great work!
on Linux you need to escape spaces in filenames. try "chmod 777 Anger\ Foot.x86_64". or you can just put quotes around the filename, that should also work.
I found a bug where you can play the game without the music (Macbook Pro Mid 2015, Mac Os X 10.15.7): 1. start the game on an external display (with audio going out through HDMI), unplug the display (video and game switches to internal display), then plug another external display in, that's all. Audio is still there, like steps and kicks and shouts, but music is gone. Really, really odd.
I found this out while trying to limit the fps to 60 as my Macbook isn't that powerful, even with 2GB VRAM and 16GB RAM. But although my display settings for the 2nd external display where set to 60Hz, the game set itself to 120Hz when I started it on that 2nd display. So I tried to start the game on the 1st display that is limited to 60Hz, then unplug the 1st one, plug in the 2nd one and lo and behold, I could now play the game on the 2nd display at 60 fps … but with no sound. Too bad, as otherwise, it's quite responsive and playable, even at medium settings on an old Macbook.
I also just noted that if you turn "mirrored" on and do the display switching, the music is still there. Nonetheless, I would like to have a "frame cap" for older computers where I can limit things to 60 or even 30 fps.
And … during video editing for my youtube channel I noticed that vsync seems to be off - even at 120 fps I had a "split screen" sometimes. So it would be nice to "force vsync".
You should make a saferoom for the player, like find some special items and each level the saferoom improve, and have a money system for a seller for something! Be a great mechanic and that is a suggestion.
Hi! yesterday i played your game , i when i finished it i realized that it was a prototype , but the game is really good! i would like to see more of this soon!
I need to have a look and see what section they were on and what the rules where - but if you've seen some of the Youtube uploads - you'd understand how things got done.

afaik from after playing an hour and beating lvl3 the game is a very well made for modern standards/tech. lacks oldschool awesomeness but makes up for it with quality level design
With old-school awesomeness i reffer to freedom in choices/open world/sandbox/rpg-elements/crafting/ton's of explorable content
So basicly i'm saying the game lacks depth in that regard but it does very well at what it's doing VERY enjoyable experience action packed and rewards strategic thinking
Rated 5/5! Awesome title, headed head first in some action thinking game would be short and simple.first thing i notice is a map with levels not thinking allot about it except that "angry birds had levels". so i continue playing notice that, tho suddenly i come to the conclusion that this experience had some puzzle like features in level design. i continue playing and start planning when i pickup and trow weopons and in what direction i will stomp in a door. after that al i finnish second level and notice i gained achievements, i think think achievements would be a thing... NICE. then i start thinking about it wait would there be more unlockables i continue to level three and i notice that there is a poster in what i guesse was south afrikan by reading a review before i even started the game. then i start thinking if there is some hidden southafrikan culture of frustration in the design. i noticed my arm was green and plastered by festivalbands while the enemy was blue and had hoody's and full lips. both of us are wearing sneakers tho. after beating level three i get even more achievements and am allready really enjoying the game, just after i think woah that was a fun game i'm going to play something else and i unlock new sneakers wich act like a buff i see in the map that there are even more unlockables shoes achievments and levels. just as i'm writing this review i check if i missed any things while playing and yes even now i see that you can better your time in 3 ways by beating/beating with every enemy killed and by beating with feet only. This game amazes me and reminds me of who goes in with low expectation will get the best experience from it.
Wow! Thanks for taking the time to let us know your experience. With regards to "frustration in the design", the beauty of art is that it's open to interpretation.
Different setups have had different results (Super helpful I know) Please tell me you have resource heavy things like Chrome closed? Also remember this is still a prototype. Hope your lag issues get resolved.

where can i get the soundtrack?
Only in game right now - but there might be an EP release or something similar when the full game is out.
you should give like a special prize if you 100% the game or something
Thanks for the suggestion - what do you think would be a cool prize?
A brand new pair of shoes of course!
No idea why part 2 took me almost 2 months to make but....well I finally released me having "fun" with this game again:
We appreciate the continued support via the uploads. Good luck with part 3 ;) I gave your video a thumbs up on YouTube

Love that you're sharing it. Glad everyone's having a good time playing. Thank you!
This game is pretty damn amazing, the music's great, the gameplay's fun, the visuals are beautifully grungy, frankly I could go on.
Also, was that a hotline Miami reference at the end?
Thanks! Beautifully grungy is a great description
Really fun game!
I haven't played such a good game lately, it just keeps you going and it's really adicting.
Good work!
Really fun comment - thank you for the positive feedback
Can someone please help me run this on linux? The terminal will not run Anger Foot.x86_64 and tries to run the words as their own files.
'~/angerfoot$ chmod 777 Anger Foot.x86_64
chmod: cannot access 'Anger': No such file or directory
chmod: cannot access 'Foot.x86_64': No such file or directory'
on Linux you need to escape spaces in filenames. try "chmod 777 Anger\ Foot.x86_64". or you can just put quotes around the filename, that should also work.
Thanks for that! I love it when our Linux users help each other out ;)

Thanks for the detailed report - I'll pass it on to the team.

Hi! yesterday i played your game , i when i finished it i realized that it was a prototype , but the game is really good! i would like to see more of this soon!
Thanks for saying that! Yes there's lots to do but the team is happy with the way things are progressing :)
i saw people just finish the game in 6min , its in total ?? (on Speedrun.com)
I need to have a look and see what section they were on and what the rules where - but if you've seen some of the Youtube uploads - you'd understand how things got done.
If you are like us & struggle with global time zones, you can grab these highlights from the last dev stream :
It would be great if the game will come out with a level editor.
Great job, very fun game
A level editor might be an option further down the line - but the team is focused on making the best game possible right now.

It's been a while since I had that much fun in an FPS. I love to kick goons in their restroom hideout.
A swift door to the face is very satisfying for some reason. Thanks for the positive feedback.
The PC is a man who knows the importance of leg day!

Claro que puedes, si no te importa que use el Traductor de Google para responder.
I'm loving the game, my only issue is it displays on the wrong monitor and won't move to the othe
Do you try with... Windows Key + Arrow? I use that when I need to move games windows to the another monitor.
Let us know if that worked for you!
